BOOKING AND RESERVATION AGREEMENT

  • Preferably two to three (2-3) months ahead of the scheduled tours.
  • Anyway, rush bookings will be accepted  and be entertained. But, it should be two (2) weeks or 14 days to 7 days before the scheduled  tours.
  • Reservations shall be confirmed and then guaranteed after payments are received.
  • Down-payment shall be paid of 50% of the total amount.
  • The balance shall be fully paid one (1) month before the scheduled date or as agreed upon. (upon arrival or  day/s before arrival)  
  • Rush Bookings, we will add 15% from the regular rate or as agreed upon. 
  • Please copy (or scanned) the Official Receipt of your 50% downpayment  and send it to our
  • SOCIAL MEDIA Official Facebook Fanpage Messages (Please PM to me the scanned receipt)

Sequence of Booking:
  1. Send inquiry or choose travel packages from our facebook fanpage official and Blogsite. You may also request a quotation for your own place to travel, schedule tours and Boracay activities - water sports and others. (you can inquire also for your flight booking online).
  2. We will verify your schedule or tour package that been picked from our page and site. Including hotel accomodations, vehicles and vice versa.
  3. We will send you a quotation requested thru your email or your facebook account (which you prefer to send).
  4. Upon agreed on that quotes, base on the booking & reservation agreement, you will pay 50% of the total amount as your down-payment.
  5. After you deposit the required down-payment, we will verify it from the bank. 
  6. As we confirmed from the bank, we will send you a confirmation of receiving your down-payment including the itinerary of your scheduled tours.
  7. Base on the rules, the balance shall be fully paid one (1) month before the scheduled date or as agreed upon or
  8. Upon arrival, you shall pay the full payment and issue of official receipt.
  9. Still, we will monitor your tour vacation as our tour guide status report.
